We want to help the foreigners who live in Kimitsu city.
We are aiming for their safety environment to support them with their daily live’s problems and understand the administrative procedures about raising children.The counselors will gladly entertain any mails of different languages.

  • Phone counseling is not allowed , Please visit the KIES office.
  • We absolutely protect the privacy of the consultants.
